Under this warranty period, if your product fails to function normally under regular personal home gardening usage conditions due to manufacturing defects, we will arrange a free replacement of your product, or issue a full store credit for the full purchase value of the item, in line with our published Refund and Returns Policy. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental drops, misuse of the tool for purposes it is not designed for, normal wear and tear from long term regular usage, or damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair of the product by parties not approved by our team.
